Provisionals Empty Provisionals

Provisionals 
 
A Provisional is defined as final event points for a race that cannot be attended by a league driver. The pre-approved request will earn the driver last place points  for the event. There is a two limit of provisionals that can be requested depending on the series.
 
1 - All provisionals request must be made before race points are uploaded.

2 - Provisionals will be given in order recieved.

3 - New members will not be granted a provisional for previous races.
